Every year, the entire family heads to the fair. It is always so much fun, but we leave very exhausted. This year was very interesting because we were there the day the Republican candidates were there. Sara and Landon had their picture taken with Sarah Palin. We saw Michelle Bachman and Ron Paul. It was pretty funny because it was a little bit like seeing a celebrity at the fair. haha! Every year, we eat too much food and see a lot of animals. I think the most disgusting thing yet was put on a stick this year...they deep fried butter to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the butter cow. I didn't try it, but I heard it was not terrible.
