More Estes Park!

More Estes Park!

Estes Park!

Ryan's Grandparents live in Estes Park, so we were lucky to get to spend time with them!

Downtown Golden!

Heritage Park

Heritage Park...Golden, CO

We went with Joel & Kendra (Ryan's old friends) to a mini amusement park in Golden, CO. It was so cute. Sara and I were able to go down an Alpine Slide which was very fun. I was a bit of a chicken though and had 3 sleds behind me when I got to the bottom! Landon loved all of the little rides. I think we could've spent at least half a day there! The weather was perfect every day...it made us all wonder what we are thinking living in Iowa!

Casa Bonita!

So...if you are from Dever you never go near this place, but when you are a tourist you love it! The food isn't the greatest, but the environment is the best! They have live divers and put on a little shows for the kiddos to enjoy. Landon loved it! They have a cave you walk through that is scary. I didn't know if you touched things that they scream at you. I had Landon touch this lit skull and it screamed at us! He started balling, and I nearly peed my pants! It was pretty hysterical! I did feel guilty for scaring him, but how was I to know that would happen!

Patty & Bill's House

We met up with all of the extended family in Windsor! It was so fun to see everyone...was kind of sad because my camera died...so I didn't get many pictures! They had a inflatable boat that we put in their pond. The kiddos loved it!

Garden of the Gods...Colorado Springs

We made our way to Colorado Springs. They had a beautiful place to walk through called "Garden of the Gods." It was very pretty...some of us (not me) were courageous and climbed some of the rocks. Sara was thinking about doing some actual climbing, but decided against it when here heart was racing from being up 10-15 feet!

More Denver Children's Museum

Our favorite part of the museum was the bubble room!! As you can see the adults were having fun too!
